When can I view – during House opening hours or please phone House on 01295 350464 to arrange a visit outside of these hours.
What is the deposit – Our hire fees are;
Payment of the hire fee secures your booking.
Cancellation – We offer a full refund up to 2 months before your booking date. After this date it is the managers discretion dependant on resale value of the date.
Can I bring my own food – No, all food must be pre ordered & paid for through House no later than 2 weeks before your booking date. Celebration cakes are permitted.
Can I bring my own drinks – No. Both areas have a fully stocked and staffed bar which is part of your booking. You can pre order Prosecco and beer at a discounted rate which needs to be pre-paid for.
Is there a sound system – Both areas have a sound system. Please organise a playlist on Spotify and make it public, the team can then play your music through their device. DJs cannot link into this system.
Can you recommend a DJ or artist for my party – Yes, we have an eclectic range of acts who we can put you in touch with.
Can I book my own DJ/ or Band – Yes, you can but they will need to bring all of their own equipment which must be PAT tested.
What time do I have access from – Daytime bookings 1200 – 1700 and Evening bookings 1800 – 0100 Friday & Saturday and 1800 – 2300 Sunday – Thursday
What time does the party finish – Last orders are half an hour before the booking finishes.
Can I invite Under 18s – Yes you can but all under 18s need to have vacated the premises by 10 pm to comply with our licensing laws.
Can I decorate the area – Yes you can. However we ask that nothing is screwed, pinned or nailed to the walls causing lasting damage. No confetti canons or indoor sparklers are allowed. All decoration must be taken with you at the end of your booking or collected the next day during opening hours.
What drinks do you offer – Each bar has its own range of drinks with a cocktail menu. We can be flexible though so please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate!
